We are energy-sufficient: With our own power
generators, RO plants, boiler and compressors along with a unique location and
logistical setup we ensure uninterrupted operations as well as the continuous
supply of home textile products to the international markets throughout the
year. We have installed high-tech energy and power plants in our production
units providing us constant supply of electricity, including other forms of
energy as required. Our powerhouse consists of 4 GE Jenbacher generators (2005
and 2008 models) that generate 4.3 megawatt electricity. Thus, Al Rahim Textile
Industries is the only home textiles manufacturer and exporter in the region
which is self-sufficient to meet its own energy and power needs, and this is to
make sure that our production operations continue all along without losing out
a single second, as we have no concept of delay or interval whatsoever. Other
than energy sufficiency, Al Rahim Textile Industries has also deployed an
inn-house dyeing-setup with high-tech soft flow machines with Angalada/Turbang
continues dryer.
